Job Description:

 

The OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst-Senior is a senior member of a team of Publicly Available Information (PAI) analysts responsible for researching, developing, presenting, and publishing Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) products.

 

Job Duties Include (but not limited to):

  • Collect data through open-source research, leveraging Social Media Exploitation (SMEX) and analysis of PAI
  • Navigate the cyber information environment and analyzes cyber social networks, using critical thinking skills, cyber hygiene practices, and understanding of existing technologies
  • Perform all-source research and comparative analysis and gerate assessments
  • Prepare informative products for decision makers in support of dynamic tasking and command directives
  • Collect digital data sets, social media content, public records, and collateral telemetry data to fulfill requirements
  • Maintain digital proficiency of data analytics and similar critical components relevant to artificial intelligence (AI)

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12 years of combined experience
  • 5 years: General years of Area of Responsibility (AOR) or Special Operations Forces (SOF) experience
  • 3 years: Specific years of experience either in AOR or specialized skills
  • PAI research to identify available systems and data sources
  • Producing collections requirements assessments
  • Conducting searches in a digital environment
  • PAI data, platforms and technologies
  • Geo-enabled PAI
  • Deep/Dark web
  • PAI support to operations and intelligence productions
  • PAI support to MISO and support to intelligence targeting

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's in field related to International Relations, Homeland Security, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Information Technology
  • BHTK graduate – Required
  • DIA OSINT awareness training
  • DIA Tier 1 managed attribution training
  • DIA intelligence oversight training
  • SOCOM intelligence oversight training
  • CENTCOM intelligence oversight training
  • Tier II MAS training (SILO)
  • Identity Management Operator Course (IMOC) or comparable course
  • Attribution Signature User Training (ASUT) or comparable course
  • Advanced Social Media Analysis Course (ASMAC) or comparable course
  • Recognized service-specific Tier II qualifying training course

Security Clearance: 

  • An active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required
