Job Description:

The DefenseReady™ Unit Specialist will provide remote end-user support to other SOF DefenseReady™ users within the USASOC Enterprise

Job Duties Include (but not limited to):

• Create and update Quick Reference Guides for End-Users
• Provide training to unit personnel on all aspects of the DefenseReady™ application
• Ensure accuracy of data
• Coordinate with higher and lower echelons to ensure DefenseReady™ priority of effort in accordance with Command guidance
• Supplement and assist military and government civilians with data entry in DefenseReady™
• Assist the military and government civilians develop local DefenseReady™ related standard operating procedures and business practices within units
• Proactively engage and demonstrate capabilities of DefenseReady™
• On-site incident support
• Build dashboards as requested by units
• Maintain lessons learned
• Manage user permissions

Required Skills & Experience:

• Thorough understanding of the DefenseReady™ system from an end-user perspective
• Administrative experience
• Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelors degree

• An active Secret security clearance is Required
