Job Description:

Iron EagleX is seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team at Fort Cavasos, TX or Fort Carson, CO. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting to support the implementation of a unique operationally focused software solution. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with engineering team members. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. 

Job Duties Include (but not limited to):

• Provide desk-side training to analysts.
• Train analysts/operators in a classroom and operational setting
• Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
• Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
• Information management experience including data analysis and data integration
• Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, as well hardware, networks, and server administration.
• Prior experience with Palantir Gotham is required.
• Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry is recommended.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Ability to travel domestically 25% of the time if needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience is a plus

Education & Certifications:

• Due to US Government Contract Requirements, only US Citizens are eligible for this role.

Security Clearance: 

• An Active TS/SCI Clearance is REQUIRED
