Responsibilities

 

Job Description:

 

The Remote Program Control Analyst will work with the finance team and program managers to support multiple defense contracts. The primary focus would be assisting with growth through the understanding of WAWF, LIN's, SLIN’s and help with aligning our financial tracking, forecasting, and budgeting processes. 

 

Job Duties Include (but not limited to):

  • Directly supports Program and Project Managers in the management, analysis, and reporting of financial data
  • Supports the financial management, analysis, and reporting of government contracts and task orders financials, subcontract, financials, purchasing requests, and revenue forecasting using financial administrative tools
  • Supports the management of contract related spend plans, estimates to complete, and the balancing of project budget against requirements
  • Uses spreadsheets and other tools to organize and present financial and deliverable data
  • Reviews, tracks, and reports on IEX personnel labor hour and financial data, subcontractor and vendor invoices, employee travel, and other direct cost expenses
  • Coordinates the communication and updating of work assignments s they affect task order expenditure rates and project backlog
  • Assist with audit and compliance activities
  • Responsible for all Billings and Collection communications on assigned programs.

Qualifications

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5 years of demonstrated experience with managing finances within a government program, experience with WAWF desired
  • Proficient in the use of Deltek Costpoint required
  • Technical proficiencies in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Due to US Government Contract Requirements, only US Citizens are eligible for this role

Desired Skills:

  • CPA
  • MBA

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in a field related to: Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Security Clearance: 

  • An active SECRET security clearance is preferred
