Job Description:

Iron EagleX is seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals with space operations and technical experience to join our team in either Colorado Springs, CO or Vandenberg, CA. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting to support the implementation of a unique operationally focused software solution. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with engineering team members. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. 

Job Duties Include (but not limited to):

• Provide desk-side training to analysts.
• Train analysts/operators in a classroom and operational setting
• Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
• Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
• Technical background with working knowledge of Python, Java, and/or JavaScript/typescript.
• Prior experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Military experience is desired, with operational planning experience a plus
• Ability to travel domestically 25% of the time if needed.
• This position is on site 5 days per week at Vandenberg, SFB or Colorado Springs, CO.

Education & Certifications:

• Due to US Government Contract Requirements, only US Citizens are eligible for this role.

Security Clearance: 

• An Active Top Secret Clearance is REQUIRED, TS/SCI preferred
