Job Description:

We are seeking a Data Engineer SME with extensive experience and expertise in data architecture and system engineering. This role demands a highly adaptable individual capable of thriving in dynamic and complex environments while leveraging hands-on experience across mission systems, programming, and network-enabled technologies. The position is on-site 5 days per week at Ft. Belvoir, VA. 

• 10+ years of experience AWS and Azure data pipeline/ETL native tools (i.e. Glue, SNS, etc.)
• Proficient with Nifi, Airflow, microservices
• Proficient in data curation, cleansing, and security
• Experience working across multiple classification levels
• Experience within last 1-5 years with dealing with classified data sets and how to handle them
• Adept at processing approaches for both batch and streaming datasets
• Familiar with data visualization techniques/approaches
• Familiar with integrating data pipelines with data lakes/warehouses
• Onsite 5 days per week at Ft. Belvoir
• Due to US Government Contract Requirements, only US Citizens are eligible for this role.
