Responsibilities

The ISSJ – III team members will provide timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence to support USSOCOM’s capability to meet un-forecasted and extremely demanding mission sets brought about by sensitive SOF operations. This is a multifaceted program consisting of, but not limited to, Program Managers and Staff, Intelligence Analysts, Socio-Cultural Analysts (SCA), Intelligence Trainers, and Security Personnel. Personnel supporting this effort shall integrate into intelligence operations and support elements at both permanent facilities and mobile locations to accomplish USSOCOM priorities and tasks per guidance, policies, and mandates of the DoD, U.S. laws, international law, and international agreements. 

 

This position is contingent upon the award of a SOCOM contract. Work is expected to begin in middle 2025. 

Qualifications

Job Duties Include (but not limited to):  

All-Source Intelligence Analyst SME –    

 

  • 8+ years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5+ years working for, or with, USSOCOM SOF or national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.   
  • 3+ years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations.  
  • Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.  
  • Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.  
  • 3+ years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products).  
  • Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher. 

 

All-Source Intelligence Analyst Expert - 

  • 6+ years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies is required with 4+ years at the operational level.  
  • Proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.  
  • Demonstrate expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.  
  • Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher. 


All-Source Intelligence Analyst Journeyman
- 

 

  • 4+ years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies required. 
  • Strong working knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.  
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.  
  • Demonstrate some experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Captain (O-3) / GS-13 level or higher. 

 

Intelligence Collection Manager (ICM SME)  

  • 8+ years of total intelligence/intelligence operations experience within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with 5+ years at the operational level.  
  • Shall serve as the subject matter expert and advise on all aspects of collection management during routine, contingency, special access program, compartmented projects, operations, and exercises. 
  • 5+ years of experience in collection management with a strong background and firsthand experience is required in collection management and/or intelligence reporting, including doctrine, policy, procedures, oversight, tactical, theater, and national-level coordination. 
  • Excellent briefing and executive level writing skills. 

 

Intelligence Collection Manager Expert (ICM Expert) - 

  • 6+ years of intelligence/intelligence operations experience within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, 4+ years at the operational level.  
  • Highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.  
  • Strong briefing and writing skills.  
  • Strong background and firsthand experience are required in collection management and/or intelligence reporting, including doctrine, policy, procedures, oversight, tactical, theater and national-level coordination.  
  • Ability to perform all aspects of collection management during routine, contingency, special access program, compartmented projects, operations, and exercises.  
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee the work of intelligence personnel engaged in the intelligence collection management functions.  
  • In-depth knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable. 


Captured Enemy Material Subject Matter Expert (CEM SME) -
 

  • 8+ years of experience performing analytical intelligence related operations while serving in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center, Combatant Command, or a non-DoD equivalent Inter-Agency (IA) operational community. The CEM SME shall have 5+ years of operational analysis in their analytical field. 
  • Advanced skill sets with the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze and Disseminate (F3EAD) targeting methodology to include broad knowledge of additional intelligence disciplines and significant demonstrable experience in their field capable of leading analytical efforts culminating in products.  
  • Advanced skill sets with the Intelligence Cycle, High Value Individuals (HVI) Targeting, Social Network Analysis, Patterns of Life Analysis, Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE) and data-at-rest.  
  • Employ their expert knowledge and understanding of analytical theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to intelligence operations.  
  • Expert knowledge of applying tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analyze, and integrate complex information related to targeting.


Captured Enemy Material Intelligence Analyst Expert
 

 

  • 6+ years of analytical experience within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with 4+ years at the operational level.  
  • Highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.  
  • Strong briefing and writing skills.  
  • Strong background and firsthand experience are required in the following analytical areas: SSE, data-at-rest, Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis, HUMINT/SIGINT Analysis and Collection Management.  
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.  
  • Ability to work as a part of a team to identify trends and information of value within data-at-rest to drive reporting and production to alert decision-makers of new developments and to meet specific customer requirements.  
  • In-depth knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable. 


Counterintelligence Analyst Subject Matter Expert (CI-SME) -
 

  • 8+ years of experience performing counterintelligence related operations while serving in a Joint Special Operations Task Force, Inter-agency Task Force, National Intelligence Agency, Law Enforcement Agency, Joint CI Activity, or Combatant Command.  
  • 8+ years of operational analysis experience in their analytical field. 5+ years of experience in a managerial level position in support of special operations and combat overseas tours with a SMU and or SOF in an operational environment providing a direct analysis support function is highly desired.  
  • Understand the F3EAD targeting methodology to include broad knowledge of additional intelligence disciplines and significant demonstrable experience in their field capable of leading analytical efforts culminating in products.  
  • Advanced skill sets with the HUMINT Operations Cycle, CI Support to HUMINT Operations, Asset Risk Assessment System (ARMS), Operational Risk Management Process, and Patterns of Life Analysis and one or more of the following areas: Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, SIGINT Targeting, Convergence Analysis, and Intelligence training.  
  • Employed their expert knowledge and understanding of CI theory, doctrine, rules, laws, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to full spectrum CI operations. 


Counterintelligence Analyst Expert -
 

  • 6+ years of experience performing counterintelligence related operations while serving in a Joint Special Operations Task Force, Inter-agency Task Force, National Intelligence Agency, Law Enforcement Agency, Joint CI Activity, or Combatant Command.  
  • 8+ years of operational analysis experience in their analytical field. Intelligence Discipline Lead Subject Matter Expert (IDL SME) - 

  • 8+ years of experience performing analytical intelligence related operations while serving in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center, Combatant Command, or a non-DoD equivalent IA operational community. 
  • 5+ years of operational analysis experience in their analytical field. 2+ years of experience in a managerial level position in support of special operations, including combat overseas tours with a SMU and or SOF in an operational environment providing a direct analysis support function is highly desired.  
  • Advanced skill sets with the F3EAD targeting methodology to include broad knowledge of additional intelligence disciplines and significant demonstrable experience in their field capable of leading analytical efforts culminating in products.  
  • Advanced skill sets with the Intelligence Cycle, HVI Targeting, Social Network Analysis, Patterns of Life Analysis and one or more of the following areas: Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, SIGINT Targeting, Convergence Analysis, and Intelligence training. 
  • Employed their expert knowledge and understanding of analytical theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to intelligence operations.  
  • Expert knowledge of applying tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analysis, and integrate complex information related to targeting. 


SIGINT Analyst – Subject Matter Expert 
 

  • All the qualifications of an All-Source intelligence Analyst SME are required (refer to position description for All-Source Intelligence Analyst - SME  
  • Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and current SIGINT related databases to support analytical efforts and product development in support of operations.  
  • Proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.  
  • Strong briefing skills and capable of effectively directing and influencing the conduct of SIGINT operations.  
  • Strong background and firsthand experience in SIGINT Analysis, SIGINT systems, tools, databases, reporting and collection management.  
  • Expert knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable. 


SIGINT Analyst Expert -
 

  • All the qualifications required of an All-Source intelligence Analyst - Expert. (refer to position description for All-Source Intelligence Analyst Expert.)  
  • Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and established SIGINT related databases to support analytical efforts and product development.  
  • Strong briefing, reporting, and writing skills.  
  • A high level of proficiency with National Security Agency (NSA) and other SIGINT analytical databases covering both Dial Network Recognition (DNR) and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) related technologies.  
  • Strong background and firsthand experience are required in SIGINT analysis, SIGINT systems, tools, and databases, reporting and collection management.  
  • Acute knowledge of SOF and or CT/counter proliferation intelligence experience is highly desirable.  
  • Current NSAnet access. 


OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst Subject Matter Expert -
 

  • 8+ years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.  
  • 3+ years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience.)  
  • 2+ years of experience with digital signature reduction.  
  • Advanced proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology 
  • Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources). 
  • Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy. 
  • Superior written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.  
  • Superior verbal briefing skills, with demonstrated history of briefing at the O5/GS14 level or above. 


OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst Expert - 
 

  • 6+ years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.  
  • 2+ years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience).  
  • Strong proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories.  
  • Strong proficiency in the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology 
  • Understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.  
  • Strong written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.  
  • Strong verbal briefing skills, able to brief at the O4/GS13 level or above. 

 
OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst Journeyman -  

  • 4+ years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within DoD or the Intel Community.  
  • 1+ year of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred.  
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) demonstrated at both team and executive levels. 
  • Proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories. 
  • Strong working knowledge of the current suite of available OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories.  
  • Strong background required in the following analytical areas: Regional analysis, Geo-Political analysis, and HUMINT/SIGINT analysis, Geospatial analysis, bulk data analysis, public records research and analysis, or investigative analysis.  
  • Strong written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.  
  • Strong verbal briefing skills, able to brief at the O4/GS13 level or above. 


OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst (Language Enabled) Expert - 
 

  • All qualifications of OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst – Expert are required. (Refer to position description for OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst Expert). 
  • Must demonstrate foreign language proficiency (reading, listening, writing, speaking) on a designated language as identified by the Government. At the Government’s discretion, analytic experience qualification requirements may be reduced or waived to meet the language proficiency requirement. 


OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst (Language Enabled) Journeyman - 
 

  • All qualifications of OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst - Journeyman are required (refer to position description for OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst Journeyman).  
  • Must demonstrate foreign language proficiency (reading, listening, writing, speaking) on a designated language as identified by the Government. At the Government’s discretion, analytic experience qualification requirements may be reduced or waived to meet the language proficiency requirement. 


Intelligence Exploitation Analysts Subject Matter Expert -
 

  • All the qualifications of an All-Source Intelligence Analyst SME are required (refer to position description for All-Source Intelligence Analyst). 
  • Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support Intelligence Exploitation analytical efforts and product development.  
  • Strong briefing skills and capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.  
  • Advance working knowledge of screening, exploitation, and detainee operations and other HUMINT missions including methodologies and systems. 
  • Strong background and firsthand experience in the following analytical areas: Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis, HUMINT Analysis, and Collection Management. 


Intelligence Exploitation Analysts Expert -
 

  • All the qualifications of an All-Source Intelligence Analyst – Expert are required (refer to position description for All-Source Intelligence Analyst Expert).  
  • Shall be highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development. 
  • Shall possess strong briefing and writing skills.  
  • Shall possess advanced working knowledge of Interrogation, Exploitation and Detainee Operations and other HUMINT missions including methodologies and systems. 
  • Strong background and firsthand experience are required in the following analytical areas: Regional analysis, Geo-Political analysis, HUMINT analysis and Collection Management.  
  • In-depth knowledge of SOF and CT intelligence experience is highly desirable. 

 
Intelligence Targeting Analyst Subject Matter Expert (ITA SME) - 

  • All the qualifications required of an All-Source Intelligence Analyst SME (refer to position description for All-Source Intelligence Analyst Expert). 
  • 3+ years targeting experience within the previous five (5) years.  
  • Advanced HVI/Network targeting methodology knowledge/understanding, nodal analysis, and ability to fully utilize the F3EAD targeting process.  
  • Highly proficient in utilizing current applications and intelligence related automation to support target development, analytical efforts, and product development.  
  • Excellent briefing skills and experience in directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.  
  • Experience in the following analytical areas: CT, Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis.  
  • Expert knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is required. 


Intelligence Targeting Analyst Expert -  
 

  • All the qualifications of an All-Source Intelligence Analyst - Expert are required (refer to position description for All-Source Intelligence Analyst Expert).  
  • 2+ years targeting experience within previous 3 years.  
  • Advanced HVI/Network targeting methodology knowledge / understanding, nodal analysis, and ability to fully utilize the F3EAD targeting process.  
  • Highly proficient in utilizing current applications and intelligence related automation to support target development, analytical efforts, and product development.  
  • Excellent briefing skills and experience in directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.  
  • Experience in the following analytical areas: CT, Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis. 


Targeteer
Analyst Subject Matter Expert (TA-SME) - 
 

  • All the qualifications of an All-Source Intelligence Analyst SME are required (refer to position description for All-Source Intelligence Analyst SME). 
  • Expert knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience. 
  • Certified in CJCSI 3505.01C (Target Coordinate Mensuration Certification and Program Accreditation). 
  • Excellent briefing skills and experience in directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.  
  • 7+ years of experience as a Targeteer in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center, Combatant Command, or a non-DoD equivalent IA operational community. 
  • Experience with target material production (TMP), including target development and validation. 


Intelligence Analyst Trainer Expert - 
 

  • 6+ years intelligence/intelligence operations experience within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with 4 years at the operational level.  
  • All the qualifications of an All-Source Intelligence Analyst – Expert are required. 
  • Sufficient experience to conduct training for individuals and small groups with a wide range of skill sets, capabilities, and intelligence backgrounds (All-Source, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, Intel Exploitation, OSINT, etc.) to introduce custom built analytical tools and their application to the F3EAD Targeting Methodology.  
  • Highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.  
  • Advanced HVI/Network Targeting methodology knowledge/understanding, nodal analysis, and ability to fully utilize the F3EAD targeting process.  
  • Strong briefing skills.  
  • Strong background and first-hand experience are required in the following analytical areas: Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis, GEOINT/HUMINT/SIGINT Analysis and Collection Management. 


HUMINT Analyst Subject Matter Expert (HA SME) - 
 

  • 8+ years of experience performing HUMINT related operations while serving in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center or Combatant Command, or a non-DoD equivalent IA operational community or operational unit.  
  • 5+ years of experience in Collection Management and all-source analysis and 2 years of experience in a managerial level position in support of HUMINT programs and analysis.  
  • Advanced skills in the Intelligence Cycle, HUMINT Targeting Cycle, HVI Targeting, Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, Social Network Analysis, and Patterns of Life Analysis.  
  • Proficient in using information databases such as HUMINT Online Tasking and Reporting, GCOMS, CRATE, and CHROME.  
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of HUMINT theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to HUMINT analysis and operations.  
  • Expert knowledge of applying tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analyze, and integrate complex information related to HUMINT analysis. 


HUMINT Targeting Specialist Subject Matter Expert (HTS SME) - 
 

  • 8+ years of experience in an analytic or targeting capacity within a National Intelligence Agency, Combatant Command staff, or DoD operational units.  
  • 5+ years of experience performing targeting support to HUMINT operations or HUMINT programs A graduate of any one or combination of the following: Targeting Foundations Course (TFC), HUMINT Targeting Training Seminar (HTTS), or Joint HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course (JHATC) or a legacy equivalent (Fundamental HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC), Advanced HUMINT Targeting Course (AHTC), Target Network Profiling Course (TNPC), and Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC)). 
  • Advanced skills in the Intelligence Cycle, HUMINT Targeting Cycle, HVI Targeting, Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, Social Network Analysis, and Patterns of Life Analysis.  
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of HUMINT theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to HUMINT targeting operations.  
  • Expert knowledge in the application of tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analyze, and integrate complex information related to HUMINT targeting.  
  • Advanced understanding of HUMINT operations to assist in the development and implementation of HUMINT collection, HUMINT Lead generation/development strategies, HUMINT management, collection planning, and exploitation. 


HUMINT Operations Integrator Subject Matter Expert (HOI SME) -  
 

  • 8+ years of experience performing HUMINT related operations while serving in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center, Combatant Command, or a non-DoD equivalent SA operational community. 
  • 5+ years of experience performing collection management, all-source analysis, and desk officer/reports and 2+ years of experience in a managerial level position in support of HUMINT programs and analysis, and at least 1 combat overseas tour with SOF operating in a HUMINT analysis support function.  
  • Ability to write/speak clearly to accurately brief HUMINT-related matters at all levels of the supported command.  
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of HUMINT theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to HUMINT operations and the ability to integrate HUMINT intelligence analysis and/or products, collections and/or operations, counterintelligence, or threats to ensure the overall soundness and efficacy of HUMINT TTPs, products, and the execution of assigned missions.  
  • Expert knowledge of applying tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analyze, and integrate complex information to assist in solving difficult HUMINT and Advanced Special Operations/Military Source Operations issues. 
  • Advance understanding of HUMINT Collection Management, to include evaluation, protection, and dissemination of raw intelligence to bridge the middle ground between operations and tactical analysis to Source Operations Course (SOC) standards.  
  • Expert knowledge of HUMINT operations risk assessment and recommend appropriate procedural changes as required. 


Staff Operations Officer/Desk Officer Subject Matter Expert (SOO-SME) - 
 

  • 8+ years of total intelligence experience within the DoD intelligence enterprise or national Intelligence Community agencies. Demonstrates proficiency in researching, building, staffing, and presenting information briefs and decision briefs to audiences at the rank equivalent of O-5/GS-14 and above.  
  • Superior understanding of advanced HUMINT operational techniques, HUMINT authorities, HUMINT collection processes, the HUMINT operational cycle, Intelligence Oversight, and the Intelligence Cycle.  
  • Completed at least 2 operational assignments as a HUMINT core collector.  
  • 5+ years of experience as a SOO or Desk Officer directly supporting HUMINT operations, including at least 1 year supporting HUMINT operations outside of traditional war zones 
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, as well as to establish and maintain a strong customer-focused working relationship.  
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of applications. 


HUMINT Collection Management Officer Subject Matter Expert (HCMO-SME) -  
 

  • 8+ years of total intelligence experience in analysis, targeting, and/or HUMINT collection positions within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies.  
  • 5+ years of specialized experience as a HUMINT collection management officer or reports officer.  
  • Must be a graduate of a recognized DoD or Intelligence Community agency HUMINT collection management certification course.  
  • Advanced understanding of HUMINT policy, authorities, regulations, and operations to assist in the planning, execution, and exploitation of HUMINT collection to maximize effectiveness of HUMINT against identified collection requirements. 


I
ntelligence Report Officer Expert (IRO-E) - 
 

  • 6+ years of intelligence, analytical, or investigative experience within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with 4 years at the operational level. 
  • 2+ years specialized experience and be able to demonstrate proficiency in preparing, editing, performing quality control on, and releasing Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) to ensure all appropriate policies and guidance are adhered to, and that information meets defined reporting thresholds.  
  • Strong working knowledge of the current suite of available analytic and collection management tools, databases, and repositories.  
  • Strong mastery of written communications to edit and write reports.  
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of applications. 


Joint Operations Center Analyst Subject Matter Expert (JOCA SME) - 
 

  • 8+ years of operational/Command and Control experience.  
  • 5+ years of experience working for or with Special Operations units, such as USSOCOM, USASOC, AFSOC, JSOC or other agencies. JOCA SMEs shall have at least five (5) years of experience in JOC and Command Center Operations (e.g., able to perform all JOC operational support functions that support the warfighter). 
  • 5+ years of experience preparing and delivering operational briefings at the Colonel to General (O-6 to O-8) level.  
  • Comprehensive knowledge of interagency concepts and principles, Department of Defense military command and control operations, geographical areas of responsibility as it pertains to Combatant Commands, air, land, and maritime combat operations at both strategic and operational levels, and Operational Reporting procedures.  
  • Proficiency in JOC operations, Command Center functions, AMHS messages, recall procedures and deployment processes.  
  • Baseline understanding of Common Operational Picture (COP) Tools to maintain continuous JOC displays and facilitate key operational meetings.  
  • Proficient in writing AMHS messages and releasing as required dealing with other Government agencies, Department of State, Combatant Commands and USSOCOM.  
  • Proficiency with standard commercial software applications and web browsers (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Mozilla Firefox, etc.)  
  • Be deployable for up to 90 days per year on a recurring basis, not to exceed 179 days in a one-year period. 


Intelligence Operation Specialists (IOS) -
 

  • 8+ years intelligence analyst or intelligence operations experience is highly desirable.  
  • 2+ years Intelligence Force Management or Targeting Officer experience is highly desirable.  
  • Must have ability to work well in a team environment and or independently with little or no supervision. 
  • Former military experience is highly desirable, but not required 
  • Prior SOF experience or significant knowledge of special operations is desirable. 
  • Shall be proficient in utilizing intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development. 


Intelligence Standards and Training (IST) Specialist -  

  • 4+ years of Intelligence experience.  
  • Previous instructor certifications (SWICS, SOIC, ABIC, ITC, TD&E or equivalent DoD or non-DoD). 
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to deliver information clearly, and concisely.  
  • 4+ years of Intelligence experience.  
  • Should possess strong writing/editing skills and be capable of effectively accomplishing intelligence training products and assessments.  
  • Must have ability to work independently with little or no supervision.  
  • Proficient in utilizing intelligence related automation and Microsoft Office/Suite to support Intel training. 
  • Prior SOF experience or significant knowledge of special operations is highly desirable. 
  • Prior experience as cadre for a Special Operations Assessment and Selection Program is desirable. 


Intelligence Support Specialists (ISS) - 
 

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently with little or no supervision.  
  • 2+ years Intelligence Force Management experience is preferred.  
  • Strong communication skills and able to clearly articulate training requirements.  
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and other automation to support RSOI efforts and augmentation personnel sustainment.  
  • Former military experience is preferred.  
  • Prior SOF experience or significant knowledge of special operations is highly  
  • desirable. 


Security Support (Physical, Personnel, Special, SAP and Industrial Security Support) - 
 

  • 6+ years Physical, Personnel and Special Security experience within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with operational level experience Preferred. 
  • Experience with personnel background investigations for collateral and special security clearance actions including:  
  • Formulating and ensuring compliance with automated information systems security procedures.  
  • Suggesting, implementing, and monitoring compliance with special security policies and procedures.  
  • Conducting and coordinating the training for special security representatives.  
  • Performing as a liaison with Government and industrial security officials overseeing collateral and higher access and badge procedures.  
  • Position requires experience in compartmented programs in the DoD, U.S. Intelligence Community or supporting U.S. Contractors.  
  • Experience in security training or security inspections is highly desirable.  
  • Solid and varied experience in planning/accrediting facilities per the ICD 7051 standard.  
  • Thorough familiarity with all security processes.  
  • Experience briefing personnel on security practices, concepts, and programs. Skilled in applying good judgment to resolve security issues.  
  • Must have a working knowledge of security policies and procedures to include either National Industrial Security Program Supplement, DoD 5200.01 Volume 1-3, DoD 5200.02, or DoD 5105.21 Volumes 1-3.
