Responsibilities

Job Description:  

The Program Manager will provide software-agnostic field support for forward-deployed users of operational, advanced analytic intelligence support, as well as to provide technical and analytical mission planning and execution systems support.  Field services include engineering and technical administration, embedded data services, and analytical support and mentorship for workflow development, data source integration, and expert utilization of multiple software capabilities to solve information challenges, including those that are mission critical.   

This position is contingent upon the award of a SOCOM contract. Work is expected to begin in mid 2025.

Job Duties Include (but not limited to):  

Program Manager:   

  • Responsible for all activities to include support, administration and all tasks associated with the management of the overall Global Support Service Engineer effort. 
  • Participate in development and management of project plans related to application development initiatives. (project planning and design, testing, implementation, and maintenance)   
  • Manage and prioritize tasking between the intelligence, operations, and tactical engineering teams.   
  • Gather and document requirements from government customers.   
  • Understand business requirements, goals, and risks to formulate and define technical scope and objectives of projects.  
  • Provide client support and consultation for project issues with a focus on improving business operations.   
  • Identify risks and issues throughout the project, monitor program deliverables, and initiate strategies and plans to ensure delivery of high-quality support.   
  • Create, maintain, and actively manage project schedules.   
  • Ensure that project documentation is created and is maintained.   
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Senior management. 

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:   

  • Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification.  
  • 10+ years’ experience managing a large team of forward-deployed field service representatives, engineers and data integrators. 
  • 5+ years’ Experience in USSOCOM assigned organizations, as military, Government Civilian, or contractor. 
  • Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.  

 

Desired Skills: 

  • A solid understanding of overall business functions and the impact of technical decisions on business results.    
  • Experience serving as a liaison to senior staff/leadership to facilitate timely information transfer and execution decisions.     
  • Experience with USSOCOM HQ, and SOF elements.    
  • Have strong interpersonal skills to facilitate working within a team and build relationships with customers. 

 

 

Education & Certifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.  

  

Security Clearance:   

  • Active TS with SCI Eligibity Clearance is REQUIRED
