- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related discipline; or Technical School Certificate related to computer systems OR the equivalent technical training with experience that aligns directly to the duties to be performed in lieu of degree for specific user units.
- Minimum of two (2) years, within the last eight (8) years, operational experience with/or supporting the assigned Component.
- Minimum of five (5) years operational experience with or supporting an organization’s: navigation and mission planning techniques including preparation and check out of flight plans for aircraft weapons systems OR mission planning computer systems, communications, mission equipment, and planning techniques including preparation of unit mission plans for conduct of peacetime and wartime special operations missions.
- Experience with the assigned Component’s tactical Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and mission guides.
- Knowledgeable of assigned Components operations and tactics.
- An ACTIVE Secret Clearance with TS Eligibility is required for all locations. Some locations require TS/SCI
Tactical Support Engineers – Senior: (Hurlburt Field, FL; Pope Field, NC; Yokota, JP; Kadena, JP; Paiser Kaserne, GE; Mildenhall, UK; Odiham, UK; Tacoma, WA; Colorado Springs, CO; Fayetteville, NC; Savannah, GA; Columbus, GA; Ft. - Will have all the same qualifications as the Tactical Support Engineers.
- Minimum of seven (7) years operational experience with or supporting an organization’s: navigation and mission planning techniques including preparation and check out of flight plans for aircraft weapons systems OR mission planning computer systems, communications, mission equipment, and planning techniques including preparation of unit mission plans for conduct of peacetime and wartime special operations missions.
- In addition, specific experience in the following areas/programs depending on the assigned component: - DoD 8570 IAT Level 2, or higher, certification (IE: Security+) - Other, , customer-specific planning & execution software applications
- An ACTIVE Secret Clearance with TS Eligibility is required for all locations. Some locations require TS/SCI.
IT Systems Engineers: (Coronado, CA; Virginia Beach, VA)
- B.S. in IT or Computer science, 4 years’ experience in IT or Computer related fields in lieu of degree
- 4 years System Administrator Experience
- 2 years Microsoft Automation experience
- At least 1 year experience with testing, quality assurance, and drafting test plans for functional testing and accreditation
- ITIL v3 Certification and 1 year experience in an ITIL IT Service Organization
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification required
- Ability to construct documentation necessary to receive an Interim Authority to Operate (IATO)
- Strong client/server and network troubleshooting skills
- Experience with VPN and PKI technologies
- Scripting experience in Batch, VBScript, PowerShell V1/2, and AutoIT
- Possess Technical Writing skills to include: drafting Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents, accreditation documentation, and peer review of documents created by others.
- An ACTIVE Secret Clearance with TS Eligibility is required
IT Systems Engineer - Senior: (Coronado, CA)
- 5 years System Administrator Experience at the NOC level
- Ability to install/configure/troubleshoot VMware server virtualization products independently.
- Experience in configuring Information Technology assets in accordance with Federal Information Processing guidelines (such as DISA STIGs and NSA SNACs)
- Experience working with the DoD DIACAP accreditation process
- Experience in configuration and maintenance of networking equipment - primarily routers, switches, and firewalls
- Ability to run the DoD-approved Information Assurance tool to assess the vulnerability status of networked and non-networked assets and provide reporting/risk assessments as needed.
- An ACTIVE Secret Clearance with TS Eligibility is required
Cloud Architect: (Tampa, FL)
- Experience with cloud computing, including the various cloud deployment models, cloud service models, and cloud deployment architecture.
- Strong background in cloud computing or a similar technical area.
- BS with 10-12 Years experience, or MS with 8-10 years experience, or PhD with 5 years experience in a related field is required.
- Previous experience supporting an enterprise IT environment for a DoD COCOM or similar level organization.
- DoD IAT Level II certification required.
- AWS or AZURE or Google cloud certifications - i.e. AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Fundamentals, Google Associate Cloud Engineer or higher required.
- Prior experience supporting cloud migration efforts required.
Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM): (Tampa, FL)
- Bachelors Degree in Information Security, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5+ years of professional experience.
- Must have and maintain a DoD 8570.01-M (Information Assurance Workforce) IAM level 1 certification (e.g. Security+, GSLC, CISM, or CISSP).
- Experience with RMF artifacts, obtaining and maintaining system ATOs, and implementing new and complex technologies at multiple classification levels within large enterprise environments.
- Experience performing continuous monitoring and cybersecurity hygiene of a windows domains and network enclaves.
- Problem solving and time management capabilities.
- 5 years of experience working with federal/government agencies in sensitive and classified environments.
- Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST 800-53, DAPPM, and other legal and regulatory guidance.
- Excellent customer relations and customer support skills • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environments.
Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE): (Tampa, FL)
- DoD 8570 IASAE Level III certification (Government will allow a 3-6 month waiver to obtain the required concentration of either ISSAE or ISSAP).
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field OR Masters’ Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5 years performing security engineering are architecture with Bachelors’ Degree OR 10 years security engineering and architecture experience.
Systems Engineer: (Tampa, FL)
- Bachelor’s Degree , business related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years supporting current windows desktop technologies and client/server applications in a windows based network environment. Specifics include: Microsoft Windows Server, current/latest version of Exchange (or other enterprise mail systems) Active Directory, Group Policy; Solid understanding of TCP/IP network fundamentals and related equipment (switches, routers, etc.)
- Virtualization experience required (VMWare/Hyper-V)
Special Project Manager (Mission Owner/Product Integrator): (Ft. Campbell, KY; Hurlburt Field, FL; Virginia Beach, VA; Fayetteville, NC)
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or an Aviation discipline. (Master's degree in Business Administration or a technical field desired).
- Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Level 1 certified (any discipline) (Level 2 certified (any discipline)
- 5 years' experience as a staff officer or an aviation officer OR in aviation logistics or aviation maintenance management.
Maintenance Software Developer: (Shalimar, FL; Ft. Campbell, KY)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related technical discipline, or equivalent technical training. May consider candidates without a degree given applicable work experience. (Masters degree desired)
- 6 years of programming experience.
- 2 years of .NET Development.
- C#/VB programming skills.
- MS SQL Server (v. 2000+).
- WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation).
- API (Application Program Interface) experience.
Tech Lead (Senior): (Tampa, FL)
- DoD IAT 8570 Level II or higher.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience integrating multiple operational intelligence applications and data services to create real-time shared situational awareness of disparate information for decision support to commanders at strategic to tactical levels.
Master Trainer (Senior): (Tampa, FL)
- Minimum 5 years experience in technical support position and Operational or Intelligence Community (IC) operations, platforms, functions, and terminology experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in implementing and training software systems/updates, standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
Exercise Lead Coordinator: (Tampa, FL)
- Minimum 5 years’ of progressive experience in technical support position and Operational or Intelligence Community (IC) operations, platforms, functions, and terminology experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in implementing and training software systems/updates, standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
