We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantir’s implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantir's client’s user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Come help solve the world’s hardest problems.

As a dedicated Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst for Palantir's work with the Department of Defense (DOD), you will be responsible for providing onsite support in the D.C. area, delivering direct assistance to users, and helping develop valuable workflows for analysts. You will also help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. If you have a strong background in the DOD sector, a semi-technical background, and excellent communication skills, join our team and help solve the world's hardest problems.

 

Job Duties Include (but not limited to):

  • Provide desk-side training to analysts.
  • Train analysts/operators in a classroom and operational setting
  • Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product.
  • Attend and aid during daily briefings with senior leaders (inclusive of a couple of Saturday mornings per month)
  • Provide support in addressing Requests for Information (RFIs) and answering questions from senior leaders.
  • Identify valuable workflows for analysts and gain an understanding of their specific needs and how that can translate to Palantir product
  • Aid analysts in the development and enhancement of geo-spatial tools to facilitate insights, informed decision-making, and responses to various operational questions.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with Palantir Foundry with the desire to learn more and become a SME over time.
  • Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
  • Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, as well hardware, networks, and server administration.
  • Prior experience with Palantir software solutions (Gaia, Apollo, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Ability to travel domestically 25% of the time if needed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Demonstrated experience working within the Department of Defense, including joint capacities and interactions with high-ranking military officials.

Education & Certifications:

  • Due to US Government Contract Requirements, only US Citizens are eligible for this role.
